Here it is!

kurt cobain!

I totally spaced out. I forgotten Kurt Cobain. He was definitely one of my crushes when I was younger. He was so hot! So so hot and troubled. And I always thought Dave Grohl was funny as hell. (As if you guys don't already know, Dave Grohl was in Nirvana before Foo Fighters.) I remembered as a kid watching my first ever Foo Fighters music video, Big Me and loved it. Just because it sorta made fun of those Mentos commercial. Dave Grohl is hilarious, you gotta love it.

This is Nirvana for you rock souls out there.

And no, I don't believe he killed himself, as troubled as he may seemed. He was definitely murdered. That's what I think anyways. There was just too much to not believe he was killed. If only they re-open the case.

R.I.P Kurt Cobain.

ella and slash! and a whole loads of classic rock videos

I just found out that Ella had worked with Slash on her ninth album in 1999. Are you fucking kidding me? SLASH PEOPLE! Oh my god. Motherfucking sick guitar player, Slash! I nearly fell from my chair.

I have been a fan of his then band, Guns N' Roses and of course his sick guitar playing since I was 5 years old! Axl Rose was my ultimate crush back then. No seriously, he was hot when he was younger. That super soft long hair had me. Ha ha.

Growing up, I realized my celebrities crushes were not all boybandish types, whatever that means. I grew up liking Axl Rose from Guns N' Roses, I thought Amy Search and Jon Bon Jovi were somehow appealing and then when I was 11, I had a huge crush on Damon Albarn from Blur. That same year, I also started listening to No doubt and looked up to Gwen Stefani. You have no idea how much I love her, although I prefered her better with the band than her solo stuff. She was the first ever female celebrity I looked up to.

Now, I wanna show you some of my favorite classic rock videos/songs. But to my dismay, my most favorite classic rock video of all time "wasn't available in my country" according to youtube. Can you believe that November Rain by Guns N' Roses wasn't available?!?!!!?! Fuck fuck fuck. I fucking love that video. UGH. Well, at least they have Slash guitar solo of November Rain (see above). I'll Be There For You and Always both by Bon Jovi wasn't available as well. So here's Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen and Don't Cry by Guns N' Roses. Enjoy rockers.

If you guys don't know, or worst, have not heard these classic rock songs then you should just shoot yourself in the head and be better off dead. Seriously, I mean, come on. How can anyone not know these fucking good old classic rock songs? They're such legends.

I really need to thank my brother for the exposure of these rock bands and songs. And of course, my parents for the 10 year gap between my brother and me. So while he was in his teens playing skateboard and listening to rock bands, little did he know he had influenced his little kid sister. Heh.

Sakina, if you're reading this, all this talk about long hair rockers made me think about my abang awie la! I wonder how he's doing and if he's still in the force and such. God, I miss that face.

mr. johnson and cute little beanies

Martin Johnson from Boys Like Girls cracks me up. The video of him and his friends/bandmates acting crazy singing "Single Ladies" on his personal blog (martinsays.com) is seriously hilarious shit. HA HA HA. One thing for sure though, they sure know how to have fun. You rock, Mr. Johnson.

I've been searching for a cute beanie for quite some time now. It is really hard to find the types I have in mind, you have no idea. I know what I want, (pictures below) I just have to find it. And it's not easy finding cute little beanies in sunny Singapore. Ugh.

I need to get out. Unwind and chillax. Get some air, you know. I don't go out much anymore, friends are all busy doing their thing. They have places to go, people to meet, things to settle. And I'm...stuck here. Surprise, surprise. I miss my friends, the usual clique. I miss chillaxing at some overrated coffee chain hang-out. I miss hanging out till wee hours in the morning with no sense of purpose. I even miss dating! I seriously need to get out there and meet new people.

Oh my god. My social life sucks.

matt lysgaard

The dude is fucking good. I like how he cleverly changed the lyrics to be more suitable for a guy to sing this song. This is Matt Lysgaard from Denmark everybody.
